You can enjoy an aperitif with Mediterranean flavors in the beauty of the Sicilian coast, lulled by the sound of the waves and relaxing Chillout music.

You can taste typical recipes of the Trapani tradition, such as cous-cous and tabuleh or Sicilian street food such as cunzatu bread, panelle, potato croquettes, accompanied by a glass of bubbles or Sicilian wine or our non-alcoholic cocktails.

The aperitif menu is designed based on the guest's needs and food intolerances.

ONBOARD WINE TASTING

This exclusive experience is dedicated to wine lovers who do not deny themselves the pleasure of living their passions in a varied, elegant and free way.

When tasting wine, you should sip a small quantity at a time, holding it in your mouth for a few seconds to capture all the gustatory sensations. In order to taste wine correctly, you must try to notice the initial, intermediate and final flavour.

Swirling the wine serves to aerate the liquid by connecting oxygen with the most hidden aromatic particles, making them more perceptible to the nose.

The tasting will include three different wines, one white and two reds, accompanied by a rich selection of local products, such as cheeses, freshly baked bread, olive oil and olives.

The tour is offered in a private formula for couples or groups who book (4 to 8 people).

A sailing team building event is an absolutely effective and fun way to get the right training. In fact, feeling part of a team implies a greater ability to concentrate and motivate.

All participants will have the opportunity to learn the theoretical basis for sailing boats, engaging in group work and actively participating in the maneuvers.

Sailing stimulates the entire crew, highlighting both individual potential and the dynamics of the group:

- problem solving, learning to deal with unexpected events;
