REFUND POLICY- Cancellation / Refund Policy for the tour.


Cancellation Conditions

Between 60 days before departure and the due date of the balance, the guest can cancel his reservation and choose from the following options:

  • Obtain the reimbursement of the entire amount paid net of management costs equal to 15%

  • Move your booking to the next year by choosing the same tour and boat.

  • Obtain a credit note for the full amount paid, to be used with our association within 12 months from the date of issue.

  • From 72 hours before departure, if the guest renounces the tour or in case of non-show upon boarding, the deposit cannot be returned.

  • If the guest renounces due to serious illness problems, accidents, serious conditions that do not allow to leave, the refund of the deposit can be requested only upon presentation of a medical certificate or documentation certifying the seriousness of the situation.

  • In case of positive swab or COVID disease, after sending documentation certifying the altered state of health, reimbursement can be requested.

  • Once set sail, no refunds can be requested, even in the event of sudden bad weather during the tour that has already started. The captain of the boat will choose the navigation strategy that best suits the situation and sea conditions and choose whether to continue the tour or return to the port.

  • In case of slight discomfort or seasickness, disembarkation at the port or on land or any refund cannot be requested. In case of serious illness, we will return to port or request assistance directly at sea from specialized operators.

  • Each of our guests assumes the responsibility to be in excellent physical and mental health and to take the necessary precautions so as not to suffer from seasickness.On board, we always keep the XAMAMINA in case of need.



  • If the weather conditions do not allow navigation on the day of your tour, the interested parties can decide together to postpone the tour or be reimbursed the booking deposit, however our association will give an alternative.

  • We check the weather with reliable sources and set sail with the best sea and wind conditions. In a sailing boat, however, it is always better to have a wind that exceeds 10 knots that allows us to sail, rather than calm, where we would be forced to use the engine.

  • Don't rely on the weather on the web or on TV but let those who know the west coast well advise you.



  • The customer can confirm the reservation by paying 30% of the total fee.

  • 30 days before departure, payment of the balance will be required, or the remaining 50% in the case of a mini-cruise or weekend with overnight stay.

  • In the case of daily tours, the balance can be paid in presence at the time of boarding, or by bank transfer at least 3 days before departure.

  • THE CAPTAIN reserves the right to modify the routes, the stops, the itinerary according to the sea and wind conditions, to ensure the safety of all on board and to make all participants live a wonderful experience in total security and tranquility.

  • The captain reserves the right to return to the port before the scheduled time, if the sea conditions become dangerous for the guests on board.

  • With good manners even the most extreme situations can be solved, with rudeness only useless quarrels and conflicts are created that lead to nothing.



  • In case of renunciation due to illness or Covid 19, upon presentation of a medical certificate, it is possible to request the change of the date of the tour or receive a voucher to be used in one of our activities, or to agree with the association for a new proposal.

  • Between the due date of the balance payment and the day before departure, the customer can cancel his reservation due to the following restrictions related to COVID-19:

  • Lockdown in the country of origin or destination;

  • Mandatory quarantine in the country of origin or destination;

  • Prohibition to travel promulgated by the Government of the country of origin for the country of destination.

  • Once the reservation has been fully paid, the customer can choose between the following options:

  • Obtain a credit note for the full amount paid for use with the same Charter Company within 12 months of the date of issue.

  • Move your booking to the next year by choosing the same tour and boat.

  • We follow the Covid 19 sanitation regulation with products certified by the Ministry of Health. We follow the rules of safety and social distancing thus respecting the rules of distance of 1 meter between one person and another on our boats.
